Release date 1986. The Victor VPC II is an extended-technology microcomputer with an 8086 CPU running at 4.57KHz and the option of fitting a 8087 maths co-processor. It is IBM compatable and is unable to read or write original Sirius format disks.
The VPC II was available in the following options:
- Diskless workstation: No disk drives, 256Kb of RAM
- Single floppy disk system: One 360Kb floppy drive, 640Kb of RAM
- Dual floppy disk system: Two 360Kb floppy drives, 640Kb of RAM
- Fixed disk system: One 360Kb floppy drive, One 20 Megabyte fixed disk, 640Kb of RAM

Set up of the machine to allow various options is by dip switches on the mother board. These switches allowed options such as: number of floppy drives, maths co-processor, display type and RAM chip type.

The original VPCII Users Guide came with three disks. Two of the disks were for the operating system and one disk was a diagnostic disk (NON-DOS).
The version of DOS/VBASICA is 3.1 Version 3.10d (1986)
