A Software Archive for the Sirius Microcomputer. A brief description of "Issue" (sadly gone) is on this page. Downloads of various software titles and utilities for the Sirius. You will need to port these files to a Sirius before using them.

www.actapricot.org

An excellent site dedicated to the ACT Apricot range of computers. Pages include a history of ACT, hints and tips and software downloads for the Apricots. A site well worth visiting even if you do not own one of these super little computers. Click the link and see.

www.old-computers.com

This site has a vast collection of retro computers. There are many areas to explore where you should find what you are looking for or just have a browse and learn about the computers from yester year. You will not be disappointed.

www.old-computer-mags.co.uk

Good selection of old magazines when computing was all about doing the work yourself. Spending hours typing in code to play games, only spen even more time sorting out all the typo's. Some very good articles that are well worth a long visit. A must for the retro computer'er (is this english?????)

www.retrobeep.com

The Computer Museum at Bletchley Park is the UK's only hands-on exhibition of computing hardware and software. It traces the development of the computer from its origins with the Colossus, invented during the Second World War through the mainframes of the 1960's, mini computers, homebuilt micros to the PC's of today.
Get the eyes-on approach by visiting the site.

www.alisdair.com

Alisdair was involved from the early days of the Sirius in the UK! He worked as an independent computer developer and in his spare time set up what was probably the first Bulletin Board in the UK running on the Sirius, and certainly one of the first dedicated to music and musicians.
Although not a "computer" site there are some really useful links here and a chance to broaden your horizons.

www.retro-trader.com

Looking for that elusive piece of kit or regain something you sold years ago and wish you never did. This is the site for you. Run by a keen retro collector with items to spare he gives you the chance to aquire his surplus. Take a look you might find something to rekindle a lost interest.
