'ISSUE' Memory Card

ISSUE Victor/Sirius 512k RAM Card

The Issue RAM card provides 512Kb of Dynamic RAM on a very compact slot-in card. It is far smaller than any of the standard memory boards. Its chip count is only 24 compared to about 80 on a typical Sirius memory board.

Installation is simple with a single switch set for either 128Kb or 256Kb according to the amount of memory already fitted to the Sirius motherboard. More memory can be installed above this card to the maximum of 896Kb.

The Issue memory board uses a LSI (Large Scale Integration) DRAM Controller driven in direct mode for maximun performance. Support logic is implemented in high speed CMOS chips which are fully TTL compatible but power requirements are 1000 times less.
